A better "business card" for the end of my posts

The cool "business card" thingy I made to put at the end of my posts here was... messy. It worked! But it was wonky and kinda ugly lol but now it works much better!!!
This is what I was able to do initially:

Actually... the old one is behaving... weird on this post... not sure why! but the new one works fine so whatever :p
You can't see it and I tried but failed to use the markdown syntax that displays code... so you will have to take my word for it: the code is clearer and prettier on the new one!! :3
